We're based in Lakeland, FL and proudly serve families throughout Lakeland and many surrounding communities. All customers are welcome to use our Lakeland drop-off location, and pickup & delivery service is available throughout our service area. Additional travel fees apply for locations outside delivery zone.
Do you come to me or do I come to you?
We offer both options—whatever works best for you.
Customer Drop-Off Option (free):
You can drop off your item at our Lakeland location using our easy, contactless system. It will be ready in the morning.

🔹 Time: Select an evening drop-off time (6:00PM–7:30 PM) at checkout
🔹 Location: 518 Scott Lake Creek Ln, Lakeland, FL 33813
🔹 Process: Please bring your car seats to the provided location at the scheduled start time. Place items in the clearly marked bubble tent with your individual name on it for quick, contactless drop-off.
🔹 Security: Items are promptly brought into our workshop, and the area is video monitored for security. A Team Member is monitoring and available to assist you.
🔹 Notes: Ensure all personal items are removed from the seats prior to arrival.

🔹 Pick-up window: 5:30–6:30 AM
🔹 Process: Please return to the same location before the designated pick-up window ends. If running late, please call or text us at 813-679-0700 so we can accommodate you.
🔹Security: Items are held in separate, clearly marked bubble tents with your individual name on it. The area is video monitored for security. A Team Member is monitoring and available to assist you.
Pickup & Drop-off Delivery Option (+$20):
We'll pick up your item from your doorstep in the evening and return it fresh and ready in the morning. Convenient, contactless service for busy families.

How long does the cleaning take?
Cleanings are completed overnight. Drop off in the evening or schedule pickup, and your gear will be ready in the morning.
Service & Process
What items do you clean?
We clean car seats (infant, convertible, booster), strollers & wagons, high chairs & boosters, and select baby gear. If you’re not sure, just ask us. ✨For cleaning a car seat stroller combo item (like Doona), book it as a car seat deep clean and add on a car seat base cleaning.
Do you take the car seat apart?
We provide parents with more than surface spot cleaning. Whenever permitted by the manufacturer, we remove the car seat cover and accessible components to deep vacuum underneath, remove hidden debris, and thoroughly clean hard-to-reach areas parents can’t normally access. We follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for each seat. We remove covers and parts only as recommended per the The National Child Passenger Safety®¹ cleaning guidelines so we don’t affect safety features.
What if my car seat is very stained or old?
We do our best to remove stains, but some deep or set-in stains may not come out completely. We’ll always improve cleanliness and hygiene, even if some marks remain.

Are your products safe for babies and kids with sensitive skin?
Yes. We only use gentle, non‑toxic, EWG Verified®* fragrance‑free products chosen with kids and sensitive skin in mind.
Will cleaning affect the safety of my car seat?
We clean with your child’s safety in mind and follow manufacturer guidelines. We never use harsh chemicals or methods that could damage the seat or its safety labels. We follow the published The National Child Passenger Safety®¹ cleaning guidelines for car seat cleaning safety.
Do you sanitize as well as clean?
Yes. We sanitize, clean and wipe down hard surfaces and high‑touch areas to help reduce everyday germs, while still using kid‑safe products.
